  • Cases With Time-Sensitive Deadlines Where Traditional Service Has Not Been Successful

Don’t Think A Stakeout Is Right For Your Case?

In many Oregon Cases, Especially When A Defendant Is Avoiding Service, You May Pursue A Motion For Alternative Service Instead Of, Or In Addition To A Stakeout. Alternative Service Can Allow For Service By Text, E-Mail, Mail, Posting, Or Other Court-Approved Methods When Traditional Service Is Not Practical.
