What’s the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic runs our professional IRBSearch skip-trace database, great when you already have strong identifiers. Advanced adds Oregon-specific court, DMV, business, and voter research for a more complete, cross-checked result when the subject is in Oregon.
How long does it take?
Most searches, Basic or Advanced, are completed within 1–2 business days. Advanced can take a little longer depending on complexity.
What if you can’t find them?
Address locating is research, not a guarantee. If identifiers are thin or the subject moves often, we may not land a usable address. It’s a flat fee, so no refunds are issued, but we always share what we did find and, when possible, suggest next steps.
Is this legal? What can I use it for?
Searches must be requested for a lawful purpose, for example serving legal documents or another legitimate business or legal matter. You confirm your permissible purpose when you place the order.
What information should I provide?
A full name is required. Anything else helps: DOB or approximate age, a last known address, a phone/email, or an employer. The more you give us, the stronger the result.
Do you search outside Oregon?
Basic works nationwide through the skip-trace database. Advanced is Oregon-focused because it layers in Oregon court, DMV, business, and voter records.
