For most jobs we make multiple attempts at varied times of day, including evenings or weekends when needed. The exact number of attempts may vary by package and service area, but generally we offer 4 attempts for most of our service areas.

In many cases, yes. If you have a workplace or alternate address, we’d be happy to attempt service there for you! Please keep in mind that service at a workplace can be difficult if we cannot gain access or locate the person at the workplace due to their employers. When requesting service, we recommend to request for the most likely address first as the service fee is per address.

Yes. Once service is completed (or attempts are exhausted), we provide a professional affidavit of service that is drafted to be compliant with Oregon courts. You’ll receive a copy by email, and we can file it electronically where applicable once you approve.
