A process server attempts service at varied times of day. We document each attempt and keep you updated as
needed, especially for urgent or time-sensitive files.
Step 3
You Receive an Affidavit of Service
Once service is complete (or attempts are exhausted), we provide a state specific affidavit of
service and can assist with filing where applicable.
Do you only serve within Eugene city limits?
No. We regularly serve in surrounding Lane County areas such as Springfield, Cottage Grove, Creswell,
and Junction City, we also offer service across the nation.
How quickly can you attempt service in Eugene?

What if the person has moved?
If an address turns out to be bad, we’ll note what we observed and any additional information we receive, we may be able to help locate another address for you. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding skip tracing.
How will I be notified about service attempts?
You will receive updates via email, immediately after the server has made an attempt with any information related to your service request and photos of the address.
